| we are proud to announce the sale of a high-performance, stiffer
mechanical fuel pump spring! A lighter spring (less coils) than the
stock spring, we were capable of engineering a new spring that has 15%
more stiffness, created to prevent dreaded "float" from occuring in the
Hitachi mechanical fuel pump applications above 7200rpm. This spring is
proudly rated to over 8000rpm on a tri-lobe cam
Because of the spring having a stiffer properties, the occurrence of
increased wear upon the cam follower is a possibility. We strongly
recommend checking your cam follower, OEM or performance, regularly at
oil change intervals, for your safety.
